Prohibited Activities

You must not use our services to:

  • Create content related to illegal activities, weapons, drugs, or violence

2. Harmful Content

  • Generate content depicting minors in any context
  • Create violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery
  • Produce content intended to harm, harass, or threaten individuals

3. Adult Content

  • Generate NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content
  • Create adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic imagery
  • Produce content of a sexual nature

4. Deceptive Practices

  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Generate fake identification documents or credentials
  • Produce content that impersonates real individuals without consent

5. Spam and Abuse

  • Use automated tools to abuse our service
  • Engage in activities that degrade service performance
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

6. Discrimination

  • Generate content promoting hate speech or discrimination
  • Create imagery targeting protected groups based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, or other characteristics

AI Service Disclaimer

GPT Image 1.5 is an independent AI service running open-source models under Apache-2.0 license. We are not affiliated with any model provider. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with this policy and all applicable laws.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  1. Warning: First-time minor violations
  2. Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations
  3. Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations
  4. Legal Action: For illegal activities or severe violations

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove content that violates this policy
  • Suspend or terminate accounts without notice
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement
