This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and credits for GPT Image 1.5 services.

Important Notice: Credits Are Not Currency

Credits are usage units for service consumption only. Credits have:

  • No cash value
  • Not a form of currency
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Not transferable to other users
  • Not exchangeable for other services

Credits are solely for generating images and using features within GPT Image 1.5 platform.

Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access until the period ends

Refunds:

  • No refunds for partial month subscriptions
  • No refunds for unused credits within the billing period
  • No pro-rated refunds for early cancellation

Example: If you subscribe on January 1st and cancel on January 15th, you maintain access until January 31st, but receive no refund for the second half of the month.

Annual Subscriptions

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your annual subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the 12-month period
  • You retain access until the subscription expires

Refunds:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee (see conditions below)
  • No refunds after 30 days from purchase
  • No pro-rated refunds for unused months

Conditions for refund:

  • ✅ Request within 30 days of purchase
  • ✅ Minimal usage (less than 10% of monthly credit allocation)
  • ✅ No prior refunds on this account
  • ✅ No violations of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

Not eligible for refund:

  • ❌ After 30 days
  • ❌ Significant usage of credits (more than 10%)
  • ❌ Previous refunds granted
  • ❌ Account violations or abuse
  • ❌ Change of mind after extensive use

  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Credit Packages (One-Time Purchases)

Refund Policy

Credit packages are generally non-refundable once purchased because:

  • Credits are usage units, not currency
  • Credits are instantly delivered and available for use
  • Digital nature of the service

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in these cases:

  1. Technical Issues (Within 7 Days)

    • Service completely unavailable
    • Critical features not working
    • Unable to use purchased credits due to platform errors
    • Must not have used more than 5% of credits
  2. Billing Errors

    • Duplicate charges
    • Incorrect amount charged
    • Unauthorized charges
  3. Account Issues

    • Account erroneously banned
    • Credits not delivered after payment

Credit Expiration

  • Credit Packages: Credits expire after specified days (typically 1000 days)
  • Free Credits: Expire as stated when granted

Expired credits are not refundable and cannot be reinstated.

Regional Pricing

We offer regional pricing for developing countries:

  • Lower subscription prices
  • Reduced credit packages
  • Same refund policies apply
  • Not transferable between regions

Payment Disputes

Chargebacks
